leopard bounce problem

leopard bounce problem

Is anyone else having a problem with the bouncing dock icon not appearing after the first message is received. Ever since upgrading to Leopard the icon will bounce in the dock for the first message but not subsequent messages.

I've had a similar issue, but mine is that it bounces for most messages but not all of them...

Seems like this might be a bigger issue with Leopard? I found the following discussion on apple's support page:

Do Adium developers know if this is a known leopard bug?

I'm experiencing the same problem, and am curious if a workaround has been developed yet.
