Don't know if it's a bug or feature. But i really would like to see the users status on my contactlist.

As far as a can see you can only see if a user is online or idle. I would like the see the contactlist behave more like the original icq client. Users status should be shown if they ar Online, Away, N/A, Occupied, DND or Invicible.

Offcourse with icons showing status aswell. It don't seem like Adium supports contactlists to behave like that, if not i don't can se any use for the prgram as an client for icq and other im-networks.

Guess i have to use the original clients then.

with msn you see the statusses like busy and out to lunch behind their names. the status icons are not made yet, they have to be made. i'm not completely sure but online and idle aren't the only ones. i have people on away and i have them on not available.

You're still going to have to be more specific. There are beta versions of the next release, so simply saying "the latest version" doesn't tell us if you're using the latest official release or the latest beta. Their status systems are very different, so it makes a difference.

Also, threatening to stop using Adium isn't going to make people want to help you.

The current Beta (see the Beta forum) has support for all the various ICQ, MSN, etc. statuses. You can see these in your contact list -- try some of the built-in contact list themes to see examples.
