Minimized buddy window in the Dock. New style?

Hi,
There's one thing I dislike about the minimized windows in the Dock. If you use even the default Adiumy Dock icon the little Adium in the corner of the minimized window appears as if it's offline (closed eyes) and with Flat Balloons 2.0 I get the offline graphic for the minimized chat-window.
May I suggest that this gets changed so that either no graphics are displayed or that the icon represents the current status of the Dock icon in use?
I prefer the first choice since I already know that it's Adium that I have open.
Another thing that also bugs me a little is the minimized window(again) This time it's how multiple tabs are shown. Here's what I suggest. When 2 or more tabs are open then display generic minimized chat-window and not the usericon for the last selected chatbuddy. Then display the number of open conversations like this: Open Conversations:2 - or some version of that.
Are these valid points?
Just some ideas and suggestions thrown outthere.
Thank you for an otherwise great IM-app.
