This feature ("Chats now display a message when your account goes offline or online") is driving me a little batty. I have issues with contacts who set their idle time to like, 2 seconds, which fills up my message windows with "idle," "away," "returned" etc type messages. Now Adium does it whenever I log off/on or lose my network connection. It's a little annoying with the way it fills up the chat windows. I'm thinking I'd prefer only the last logoff/on cycle be recorded in the window as I leave most of my windows open to get back to them quickly. I've filed a Trac for this or an option in the prefs to allow this.

It shouldn't be a preference - it should be the only behavior. Easier said than done, of course.
