Time stamps in Stockholm message style

Running Adium 1.2.1b1, Stockholm message style.
The time stamps in the headers show up in my 24 hour format, so 13.15 for instance, whereas the additional time stamps that show up when hovering over a paragraph shows up in the 12 hour format (ie. 1:15). Bug in Adium or bug in the message style?
