massive delays in sending and receiving

New problem, just updated to 2005-003 (perhaps the culprit). I am experiencing a massive delay in sending and receiving text using .77.

Text appears in the message window after I type it, but takes a long time (minutes) to reach another client. Tested it with another account using AIM 4.7 on the same computer and also by sending an IM to myself. The delay seems to increase in length the longer I am signed on to the point that it gets impossible to have a conversation.

Anyone else having this issue?
