Hey everyone,

Just downloaded adium recently and joined the forums, and I have to say that I am loving adium, it is so fresh and different and I love it how I can have multiple accounts with one client.

Anyway, I have just one gripe. How come there is no status bar when I'm transferring files? I've been sending files and have no idea of when it is going to finish. Also I can't seem to send or receive files with ICQ.

Can anyone help me out?

File transfer will have a proper GUI in 0.8 (currently in beta - test it here). It's pretty sweet.

As for whether it works or not - there can be many causes of problems, one the most common reasons being when either you are or your contact is behind a router and/or firewall.
