My problem is I have all these old contacts on my messenger list. If I sign directly into Yahoo messenger or AOL on my window's machine and delete them, they disappear. But if I sign into Adium on my Mac, they are still there.
Here is what I have tried...
I have tried deleting them in Adium. It always asks if I want to remove the contact. Sometimes they do disappear, sometimes that stay. If they do disappear they always come back.
I have tried deleting my AOL and YAHOO accounts from Adium and reloading them. When I delete them, the friends disappear. When I set the account back up, the friends all come back, including the deleted ones.
