Hi,
I am wanting to access some information thru chat transcript viewer from a conversation which I had on my desktop Mac but now I am overseas on my laptop, is there anyway to do this as when I log on my laptop the chat transcript is not there.

You would need to copy the transcript files over from your desktop machine.
