Double File Transfers?

Using 1.2.3 (though I can't remember if this started upon this release or sometime afterward) I find that with any service (MSN, Yahoo, XMPP), any time I send a file it shows up twice in the file transfer window. One transfer is perpetually 'waiting for transfer to be accepted' and the other will start fine. However, if I cancel the transfer 'waiting to be accepted' it will cancel the file actually transferring.

Any thoughts? Nothing seems to be showing up in the console.
