itunes in the top right online/offline box?

You know those translucent pop up windows in the top right of the screen when people log on and off , etc I would like an addon that shows me briefly what song is starting in itunes. When running in shuffle mode i hate having to switch back to itunes to see the track name. Anyone know if theres such an addon yet? I did a search bu there are so many itunes related topics I couldnt find anything.
