I think its ok. That picture was already in one of the xtras so its not very original. Also the menu bar is extremely crowded. Why arent you using tabs on your message windows? Its kinda pointless to have message windows that big if you dont have tabs. I have big message windows but I tab them so they dont take up nearly as much space. I don't mean to be totally negative but think of it as constructive critisizm.
