Ok, it's not a full screen because my right side is full of icons for docs from my classes... it really does need cleaned... haha
but it's a short view. It shows Adium... nothing else.

So here's my desktop:
Unfortunately only have a 12" monitor. So tried to give adium a dock appearance and place it both on the right site of my monitor.

Ok I just posted a whole crapload about images on imageshack only to find the PC was being n00bish and wouldlt load the thumbnail. Sorry about that. I edited this post so what Im saying may not make any sense...

btw if anyone ever figures out what website this is from or the artists ill literally step back from my computer, get down on the ground and bow to you. im doing to find out who did this masterpiece.

It is Synergy. About the music, I always have iTunes open and since this is a picture of my desktop, I left iTunes in there. The only reason I minimized my chat window is because I am using plain old Smooth Operator, so there is nothing to show off there (and I didn't want it to cover up the desktop).
Theo I just said im NOT COMPLAINING about the iTunes thing I was just curious. Read posts..
