It's the Milk theme for ShapeShifter with World of Aqua icons set via CandyBar unless I miss my guess (it's not far from what I have set right now)

Yes, it is part of a set' a set called "Mac Manga". I serched Pixel Girl, Icon Factory, and Apple.com for it and I just can not find it. I'm sorry.
