Combine multiple contacts into one

My friend has a 4 aim accounts, 2 yahoo, 1 msn, 4 jabber accounts, 1 gadu-gadu account, 1 icq account and one sametime account. He's crazy! Is there any way to make him just one person on the contact list in adium?

To make a person one contact (otherwise known as a metacontact) all that is needed to do is option-clicking each name and dragging them onto one account. When a meta contact is created it is usually best to make an alias so that you recognize that contact.
If you use adress book AIM, jabber, ICQ, .mac, msn, and yahoo user names are able to be entered. If a contact is entered into adress book with multiple usernames it will automatically be created into a meta contact within adium providing you have chosen to automatically consolidate contacts on card in the advanced panel of the preferences pain.
A metacontact shows all accounts (and their status) through tooltips.

Note that command dragging is the 0.8 way.
