I'm from Germany, so excuse me for my bad english.

I've a problem with my Adium. I have the newest version of it.

My problem is this:

When I'm online, no of my contacts see me, that i'm online. For them, it looks like i'm offline.

I'm grateful for any suggestions.

The newest version being 1.2.7?
Which service is affected, ICQ?

Yes, sorry that I forgot to mention it.

I have the problem with ICQ contacts.

And I have the newest Adium version: 1.2.7

Also, I don't sit behind a firewall or anything. So, what could cause the problem?

Since I installed Adium!

This was about 3 month ago.

It doesn't bother me, until today. And I didn't find any reason, why I'm invisible to others.

Oh, to be precise, i have the problems with an icq account and am invisible to icq contacts.

Eigentlich können wir das auch auf Deutsch regeln.

Dieses Problem existiert solange wie Du Adium benutzt?
Hast Du zuvor einen anderen Klienten für ICQ verwendet?

Also zuvor hatte ich nur ICQ auf einem Windows-Rechner.

Adium nutze ich, seit ich einen Mac habe. Ich muss sagen, dass Adium sehr komfortabel ist, und würde nur ungern auf ein anderes Programm wechseln.

Ah, ok, dann fallen mir drei Sachen ein:
1. Bist Du Dir sicher, dass Du Deinen Kontakten die Autorisation erteilt hast?
2. Wenn ja, überprüfe, ob Du sie nicht versehentlich geblockt hast. Das kannst Du in den "Sicherheiteinstellungen", das Du über das Adium-Menü erreichst, einsehen.
3. Wenn das nichts einbringt, wäre es vielleicht noch interessant zu sehen wie das Ganze auf einem Windows-Computer mit dem Original-Klienten (ICQ 6) aussieht, vorausgesetzt Du hast einen Zugang zu einem solchen.

Es klappt.

Ich habe aus Versehen einige Leute geblockt. Wie konnte das passieren? Hab ich nicht bewusst gemacht. Ich könnte mich doch erinnern!
