my contacts cannot see my avatar on msn and i don't know why, i've tried to change several images, in different formats and sizes but nothing happened.
could you please help me?

Ok, that's good, because for 1.3 it's a known problem, see #10411.
You can watch all known problems in the Roadmap.

Generally, issues with the beta should go in the "Beta" sub-forum. Please keep that in mind for next time.

There's not a lot you can do.

If you don't mind losing the new personal status message support in 1.3 you could always go back to using 1.2.7. If you want the personal status message support then you'll either have to wait until the bug gets fixed in a future beta/final or switch to the unofficial MSNp15 build linked to in the beta forum.
