Currently you cannot see the current song being played when choosing itunes availability unless you go into the contact section and hover over itunes. I think it should be on the client without having to go into the contact section. With the current process I might as well just navigate to my itunes...

The information is not meant for you - You have iTunes running! - but for the users on your contactlist.

I think they should change the format of the songs so it reads Artist - Song instead of Song - Artist. That's just me though. I manually added an away message for that though. It would be nice to see some kind of option to change it in the preferences. Just a thought.
