can anybody tell me if there is an option that makes me possible to see msn contacts' second name? that one where songs' that we are playing appear.

This is not possible in Adium 1.2.7. However, it is a new feature in Adium 1.3. You can try out the beta at http://beta.adiumx.com

No option necessary. They show up in the contact list if yo set your contact list to show statuses, they show up in the contact list tooltip, and they show up in the get info window.
