Low menu bar icon

Read about this on http://trac.adiumx.com/ticket/10378 and from what I can tell it should be fixed. I still have a low menubar icon on Adium 1.3 though
Is this fixable?

I would, but it appears that one is closed. And I'm just not enough of a hacker to figure out how do fix it on my own :)
