I only now found out that there are sets of smileys to add to Adium. I installed two sets from Xtras-page, got them to work for me but the people I'm chatting with tell me they can't see my smileys. How can I get the smileys to show to them too?

the only way this will work is if they are also using adium and have the same set installed. smiley sets are really for your own enjoyment, they are NOT custom things that other users will get (unless you use the above method). hope that helps
