How to move the "other contacts" group to the top?

Is there a way to keep the "Other Contacts" group on the top of the contacts list so that I don't have to move it myself everytime I sign in?
Also, everytime I log into this forum using Safari, I automatically get logged back out again. And I don't have Private Browsing switched on.
