Ideas on improving blocking behavior

I get spam daily on my ICQ account in a form of authorization requests. That is, spammers send spam messages as auth. requests. Currently, it takes 5 clicks to block such a spammer:
1. Authorize request ('cause if I deny, this spammer can send spam again from the same number). This is done in the auth. request dialog box that has 2 buttons - Deny and Authorize.
2. Block a contact in my Contact List.
3. Confirm
4. Remove a contact
5. Confirm
It'd be nice to have a third option in the Auth. Request dialog box - "Deny & Block" or perhaps just make it a default behavior of "Deny" to add denied users to the blocked list. Also, why doesn't Block also remove users? Does anybody really keep blocked users in the contact list?
Could Adium at least provide an option to remove blocked users automatically?
What do you think? Should I open a Feature Request ticket?
