Hallo,
Sorry i can not so good English.

Ich habe meine General Kontakte aus meinem Adium gelöscht, gibt es eine möglichkeit die wieder herzustellen?

Add them again.
With a little luck, you can find them under the blocked contacts in the Privacy Settings.
