Minimize chat window to buddy's avatar

Like in iChat, I'd find it convenient to utilize the buddy's local or remotely configured avatar as the window's dock icon.
Obviously only applicable to a non-tabbed window configuration.
It'd be neat if the tool tip displayed on mouse over was the last message received by said buddy....
