I have one contact that can't receive any messages from me. He is on yahoo, on a PC, using Trillian. He can see the 'jumpingmatt is typing...' message, and then nothing ever comes. However, if I log in using the yahoo messenger client, everything works fine.

Things I have tried:

1. deleting and re-adding him
2. moving my entire adium application support folder from library, and setting up yahoo from scratch

Anyone have any idea what is up? All other contacts, regardless of client, work fine.

edited to add: I can receive messages from him with no problems

Which protocol are you using?

Yahoo messenger. If I use yahoo's client everything is fine. With Adium, *only* this one particular contact isn't getting my messages, but I get his.

Same problem with a Yahoo IM here, works fine with Yahoo Messenger app, not with Adium.
