Hi smart people!

I hope you can help me out: Lately I've had a problem with viewing some of my contacts' pictures. The only picture I see is the standard msn one. The thing is, I know they've got a profile picture and I know I've been able to see them before... So I'm confused... Any idea what the cause could be?

i've been having the same problem for both yahoo and msn.
i can't seem to get the user alias to show up either, it shows their email address in the contacts list

My Facebook chat list was doing this too. I had pictures, and then one day I didn't for most of my contacts. I deleted my preferences and started over, and it's okay now. No idea what the problem was, or when it will come again (which I'd have to imagine it will), but it's fixed for now.
