unable to allow Adium access on twitter

Hi,
I'm using Adium 1.4 b6 on Mac OS X 10.5.7.
I had an trouble that every tweets don't show up on Adium though I could send.
So I deleted my account of twitter on Adium and tried to make new one.
But Adium is saying "An error occurred while trying to gain access."
after sending a request to twitter to allow Adium access and successful.
Does anyone have the same situation?

Twitpocalypse occurred today and some third-party clients are undergone.
A problem I reported is concerned with Twitpocalypse?

No, Twitter changed how OAuth authorizations occur. It'll be fixed in the next beta, whenever that is.
