Ok, it seems that pretty creepy things are happening to Adium. First, I can't connect to yahoo (I know why though, so that's an old problem) but now AIM has issues connecting. It says "Loading screenname..." then it cuts off and says "server closed connect". Then it goes off to reconnect and the same thing happens again.

Most of you will say "Get 1.4b7"
I WANT 1.4b7...

BUT I can't. My mac is Tiger, not Leopard. I tried to download the beta anyways, and it wouldn't let me use it.

SO I'm stuck. Is there anything else I can do?

Seen as that some people are also reporting ICQ problems (with ICQ also being owned and run by AOL like AIM) it is likely a temporary server problem. I'm stuck with Tiger and Adium 1.3.5 as well but I'm connected to both ICQ and AIM.

Please refrain from composing your posts not in black next time.

It's happening even in iChat. It's AIM's servers. Seen questions all over the net about it and like was said it also is happening with ICQ even using their client. Not an Adium issue at all.
