i tried it under "Add Account"...
...then I had a 2nd Skype account with my first Skype account.
I don't have problems with having different ICQ accounts at the same time online.
How do I realize the 2nd Skype account online?

It isn´t possible!
Skype is just an Remote Plugin, you need the native Skype on your Mac. To log into 2 Accounts you need 2 native Skype´s on.

is it then possible to have a second user account on the mac and connect that somehow to Adium? Or with Spaces?
