Can't connect to MSN Messenger

Over the last couple of days Adium won't connect to MSN Messenger. I'm running MacOS 10.4.11 and Adium 1.3.5, with only two Xtras: Aqualicious and AdiuMSN. I have MSN, Yahoo and FaceBook accounts. Adium tries continuously but unsuccessfully to connect to MSN: I get no error messages or any other indication that Adium knows there's a problem. Up until the day before yesterday, I've used Adium for I guess about three years, with no problems at all. I've worked through all the trouble-shooting tips in Adium Help - none of them has worked.

The only external event that's occurred that's at all unusual is that a few days ago I was brought into a three-way convo, but I can't be certain whether Adium failed immdiately after that; and I've occasionally been in three-way convos in the past without it causing any problems.

My aunt is having the same problem with her new MacBook. Though AIM and Yahoo works fine.
When she trys to log in it says somthing like "user does not exist" though her username is correct and password

My problem's different - I don't get any error message at all. Adium just keeps trying to connect without success.

I am running Adium 1.3.5 with no extras, on a Macbook Pro running OS X 10.5.7.

As of the latest Adium update I am no longer able to connect to MSN Messenger. Adium continues to try to connect but never does. I have resorted to running Adium for Yahoo & Facebook and MSN Messenger for MSN.

A fix would be nice :-)
