i am just about to eat myself that i cannot fix the font color as default for all my chat windows. whenever i change the color and click on save as default and open a new contact window it writes in black.

what can i do to fix a color for all my chat windows ? or isn't this possible with Adium and have to change every time i open windows ?

It doesn't appear to stick does it? If you change font/colour and write message then it will write in that font/colour for that message and send that way but then next time you write to reply, etc, it doesn't work and writes in the default font/colour.
