Adium ignoring some css tags?

Post by yojimbo311 »

Hi,

I've got a message view (Satin) that appears to have broken in 10.3.9+. It appears that none of the values for the .buddyIcon class definition are being honored and Adium is defaulting the settings causing the views to wrap. Safari is able to render everything correctly and I can't find anything particularly wrong with the css definitions themselves. Even removing any commented out attributes failed to correct the problem.

Is this a known issue that has a workaround?

Any help would be appreciated, there are a lot of users who'd like to get this fixed.

Thanks!

Someone mentioned elsewhere that there was an issue with case sensitivity, buddyicon versus buddyIcon, in the CSS? style people, help :)

Interesting, but why wouldn't it affect other class tags that have mixed case characters?

Released a version that honors the case of all class tags and that appears to have addressed the problem. Thanks.

It's an interesting change, huh - I'd always worked on the assumption that case was important, anyway.
