I have been having this problem for a week or two now. The first time I log in, my display name appears as my email address. So I changed it to my original display name and it's fine. But when I log out and log back in, it appears as my email address again. It's like my display name cannot be changed unless I change it manually. Is there any way to fix this??

It changes. But the Microsoft server resets it to your first name (or e-mail if you haven't add your first name in Hotmail).

I did read the link you have sent me. But I am still confused. If the Microsoft server has been reset, is there a way to stop from resetting?
