Virus? Or Adium security issue?

Hello!

I had someone adding me in MSN with Adium. I accepted this someone. Turns out it's a bot. You know, these sex bots. Now I blocked it and removed it from my list, and the bot actually still sends me IMs even if it's blocked/delted. That's kind of freaky to be honest.

Now I don't think it's a virus.

Any way to completely remove that annoying bot?

The only place where I would suspect a virus in all that would be in some links that are sent around by these bots. Otherwise, this very much sounds like the "Blocked users NOT!" issue you'll find further down which still needs some investigation.
