Smooth Scrolling Fixed

In ProtoScrollMod 2 (still pending on the X(tras) site), I fixed Smooth Scrolling.

thank you for getting that out so quickly.
just a thing i've noticed though, using b11 user icons in the message are broken for me.

i wasn't sure if it was something wrong with the beta or with the message style.

The buddy icons are only supposed to be in the header.
Also, before, I had a "?" image bug in ProtoScrollMod, which I fixed recently…

you're right, no wonder i thought i was going insane. i guess i just got used to smooth operator
