Hello folks,

we have received a multitude of reports of people not being able to connect to ICQ. From what we have found out it seems the problem lies with the German Telekom.

I had the same issues. I tried several login servers but to no avail.
However, I googled a bit around and found a solution:
Use login.oscar.aol.com as a login server and turn SSL *off*
It did the trick for me.
