Contacts in Jabber Facebook workaround

Just set up the jabber workaround for facebook using the facebook username. All the contacts load into adium, but the contacts' names are not appearing. Its like how ti was before where a code appears as in the buddy list instead of the person's name. Is anyone else having this problem or is there an easy fix for this?

Yup, I have the same problem. Mac OS X 10.6.5, Adium version 1.4.1.

jescoolman visited #adium and it turned out there was something wrong with his View → Contact Name Format setting.

The view was "User Name", so I've changed it to "Alias (User Name)".

Yes, I think if you reminded users about the view menu setting in the documentation, that would be helpful.

I just figured out the View->Contact Name format preferences while exploring the menu options. Was easy enough to fix. Thank you all!
