one of my contacts shows a strange icon. See here:


What does this icon mean?

I did check the documentation, but I have not found anything on it

The little radar thing? That means they're connected via mobile phone. I don't have that icon anymore, it's this eye thing.

If you message them, it should come up and say it went to their mobile device, etc.
