many times Adium disconnects some of my accounts, and only when I notice then I reconnect manually each account.
I would like it to always reconnect all account if for some reason it got disconnected

This would be very useful

How can it be done ?

I'd like to second what this guy said - for me, AIM and MSN reconnect upon temporary disconnection from the Internet, but not GTalk. Is that a bug or by design? Also, I don't save the password for any of my accounts - I know that if I do, GTalk will also reconnect, but I don't want that security risk.
