Spam Problem in the last time

in the last time I receive 10-20 Requests like that here:

Der Benutzer 645690638 hat Ihre Anfrage abgelehnt, ihn bzw. sie zu Ihrer Buddy-Liste hinzufügen zu dürfen, und zwar aus folgendem Grund:

Here the english translation:

The user 645690638 has rejected your request, or to add it to your buddy list to be allowed, and for the following reason:
ky;-) http://filess.ws/04jpg eto tebe

Think it's after the last update of Adium. So how can I fix that Problem. I don't know that persons and also don't have them into my list.

I have the same problem. It may have started a week ago and happens about two or three times a day. A friend of mine has the same issue with trillian on windows.

Well then we only can hope that this will be fixed soon.
The only messenger now I don't have this Problem at Trillian. But I don't like this messenger.

But ok let's see what happened.
