Adium follows between Spaces

I assume this is a new problem that has crept up with 1.5b2 on Lion as I didn't have it before today and it has just updated.

So yea, the Adium contact list window seems to follow me through spaces and disappears, I've checked through the options and everything that seems to relate is turned off including the right click menu on the dock, I figured I would ask if there was a way to fix it that I might have missed?

Same problem. In addition, the space I have assigned Adium, when I go into misson control, Adium's position is fixed. If you check out this screenshot:

You'll see Adium in the yellow area, same pixel coordinates it was before I opened up mission control, where as it should be in the turquoise area.

Yes. That's the one. However, I would add that Adium only stays fixed while in mission control. Once out of mission control it goes back to normal.
