I have searched for this, i can't find anything that addresses it, so if I am incorrect or just slow I apologize, but I get this notice constantly, but not ALL the time, I am not sure what service this is for, why, or how to address it...

Running V 1.5b2, but has been happening for months on previous versions pre updates.
