ICQ suddenly stopped working (Adium 1.4.4)

Hi.
Adium ICQ worked fine until yesterday. Now it says 'Connection reset by peer'. Other clients (Web-ICQ, qutIM, MDC) are OK. Password and settings are correct (double-checked).
Attached is a Debug mode log of the ICQ connection process (private info is replaced by 'x').
Any ideas? Please help.

Profile re-creating gives nothing.
Updating to 1.5b8 gives nothing either.
