Yes I've tried changing the theme of the message window, and shows no icons ...

Mm, I have a feeling this might be an issue related to localisation (translation). Is that Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese?

Okay, I don't think I can fix this myself. Maybe I can get a developer to look into the issue.
