Cannot See Contacts using MSN/Lync network

Hi
I have recently bought my first MAc, and found Adium to be a great IM client.
There is a small thing though (that's pretty big to me - since it's my customers
)
The thing is - i use my IM to communicate with business contacts who are using Microsoft Lync Server (Previously known as Microsoft Communication Server).
When using Microsoft Live Messenger for Windows - I have no problems communicating with contacts that are on the Microsoft Lync network. When using Adium - I cannot even see these contacts in my contacts list
- does anybody know what I should do to see them and their status - and thus be able to communicate with them?
