No Jabber Option

Hello, I've been using Adium for a while now to connect to google chat and it works perfectly! Recently, I've been working from home and need to connect to my businesses jabber server, but when I go to add a jabber account, there isn't an option for jabber at all! I've tried searching the forums but I don't see this as a problem anywhere else. I am running the newest version of Lion on my mac if that matters.

Does anyone know what I can do? Sorry if this was answered elsewhere and I just didn't find it.
