I just installed the latest version of Adium. I can message my contacts and they can respond, but they are seeing me as offline. I have tried fiddling with prefs and deleting and re-adding my contact list people, but to no avail. Any ideas? It's really annoying. Thanks for your help.

did you accidentally set you status to Invisible somehow?

no, i double checked that. i'm online and my contacts see me as offline, even though i can message them. it sucks.

What service?
