Adium Facebook repeating error

Hello, running Adium 1.5.4 on OS X 10.8.2 here.

For the past week or so, every ~10 minutes Facebook chat disconnects and the following error pops up:

614735490 (Facebook) : Error, resource conflict

I've tried deleting and re-adding the account, even deleting and re-installing Adium, and have explored all options in Facebook settings themselves especially those related to HTTPS. All to no avail.

Any ideas? It's most irritating.

It's just Adium that has no Facebook access - external FB chat is working fine in other apps including OS X Messages and 'MessngerApp for Facebook'. I have Adium on two Macs and both of them have stopped connecting to Facebook and also with the jabber account.
