Hi,

I'm new to Adium (0.80), I'm using it with 10.4. I was wondering if there is a way to make Adium not open a message window when a new message arrive? (and just give a notification)

This worked for me:

Advanced Preferences, check "Hide while Adium is in the background" under Messages, Window Handling section. Order message windows Normally.

Edit:
Okay, so obviously that only works if Adium is in fact in the background. If it's not in the background, it still pops open a window. Annoying. I liked this behavior in the old version...
